How to make vanilla cake at home by yourself

    If you want to taste a yummy, taste full cake that you have made with your own hands, try the recipie on your own using the following methods. 

    Ingredients: 

    • Butter - 250grams,
    •  Sugar - 250grams, 
    • Maida - 350grams,
    • Eggs - 4, 
    • Baking powder - 1 ¼ teaspoons,
    •  Milk - 200ml, 
    • Vanilla Essence - 1 teaspoon, 
    • cinnamon powder - ½ teaspoon, 
    • Tuti Fruti - 100grams.

    Vanilla cake

     

    Procedure:

    1. Sieve the Maida and the baking powder two or three times.
    2. Break the eggs and separate the yolk and egg white. 
    3. Beat the egg yolk. Beaty the egg while until it is frothy.
    4. Cream the butter and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add milk if required. 
    5. Add the egg yolk to the butter and sugar mixture and generally add the beaten egg white and mix well.
    6. Add the Maida and the baking powder a little at a time to the butter, sugar and egg mixture. Mix well so that no lumps are formed.
    7. Add the vanilla essence, truti Fruti and cinnamon powder to the above mixture.
    8. Pour into greased tin or bosili container and bake in an preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes in the convection mode. 
    9. Check if baked properly. Let it cool and remove the cake from container.

    Conclusion : 

    The vanilla cake is prepared and it's time to taste the delicious cake that I have prepared on my own.
